The heartening thing in all this is that the board, in looking after their own interest, are showing confidence that they are close.

They wold have known the vimson deal (and last year's the loan extension) would limit their tenure, but I think they believe they only need one more year. 

Why change the management team when the project will be saleable within 12 months? Because in this world 12 months can turn into 24 months overnight. 

It's a gamble. I hope it pays off for them and all of us. If there's an agm next year it will not be pretty.
