The real issue here with transparency as people lie to harp on about is that any private info that comes from the office is immediately broadcast here on HC whether that be from a phone call or a straight email copy.

That is why the company won't answer emails or take calls and then they're accused of being in a secret boys club.

If you can't tell me why the company completed a massive capital raise at a massive discount at a trough in the share price with predictable news in the pipeline, then it is being run by a boys club.

If they don't have time to field shareholder queries then they should hire a chairman who does.
