Maybe I am well off track, and sure not defending the board (Im 101% with the Browns) but I have always believed the TO sign off would not have happened without $$ up front- and lots of them! Its no secret
how the land councils hold NT projects to ransom. Possibly out of sheer desperation TNG had to put out a (limp) hand towards the sub continent- But like everyone else on here, Id like to hear that from our boys at the TNG helm-or the real reason if my inklings are wrong. FFS bring on the AGM!
