In fairness, SHers dont generally know about placements.
The issue for me is that announcements were imminent, offtake with DKSH, ML, SMS guarantee, traditional owners sign off and they still thought a CR before these, at a discount was a good idea.
Unless there is a reason I am missing, the strategy is to announce positive news, get the share price up and raise capital at a premium.
