Investing in this company has already personally led to a post DFS locked in capital loss of $110,000 & once bitten, not twice shy, currently looking at another $100K unrealised loss.

    Without delving too deep :
No strategy to counter the post-DFS sell down by one of their other substantial shareholders. (Now we have another substantial shareholder off side)
Failed (or no) strategy to maintain the SP so recently expired options would be converted.
Many Cap raises were from the same 'investor type' with the same outcome - a dumping on the market soon after and a run down of the SP - effectively dilution. If there were big international players why didn't they take a stake.
The last capital raise done at a 20% discount to SP, yet when this level of placement was done (ECE) prior it was at a 19% premium. Effectively a 33% discount to precedent. Mind you ECE was pre-RT.

If management are not responsible for this financial performance who is?

And if this is how finances look before they go out to the market to raise the funds to build the mine & factory, what would lead anyone to believe that this will suddenly improve with the same team in charge?

Past is prologue, I'm invested in the future of this company & don't believe they have the people in place to manage this effectively.
