the issue raised in my previous post relates to electricity supply.
agl have door-2-door salespersons on a commission. By this very nature, it is in the best interest of the salesperson to sign-up the household owner.
giving misleading info in order to entice people to sign up is nothing but fraud. AGL have been notified of this practice and is either not listening, not taking it seriously or is of the view some customers are whinges.
no matter what, management in agl need to start dealing with this issue FAST
lets face it, unless agl have a solid customer base, they will continue to encounter issues on a compounding scale.

agl Management should be a in position to verify the above info one-way-or-the-other. As a shareholder, ring and speak to a Board member (look up the list of Directors/Senior Managements Officers)
