If blackouts occur, can all Australians affected by the blackouts litigate against the likes of AGL and IFN in the downstream space for some of its renewables energy assumptions?
Australian energy market seems like the California disaster of 2000 with Enron and other renewables companies all going bust. Now u have Class Action companies such as SGH, would AGL/ IFN and other companies flogging renewables be able to defend itself, its assumptions and representations to the regulator and to Government?
