I reckon sell is the only choice with these green twits. Where's the economic sense of killing off a perfectly good base-load coal fired power plant with plenty of free coal, and replacing it with a very expensive gas fired plant when gas is running out and costing a fortune?
They could also opt for selling the power plant as an operating concern for around 2 billion and save everyone's jobs. But no, they would rather pay 500m to demolish the plant and make it into a cow pasture worth 1m at most! - Maybe the master plan is to invite there greenie friends over to grow dope there and help supply the board room?
