AGL's share price has risen very strongly from $14.50 a few months ago. It was a 'bottom of the drawer' investment for me over the years, without requiring any thinking.
Recent run has been a major bonus, but my instincts tell me that something is not right, even taking the corporate play into account.
However, the entry of Li Ka Shing into Alinta requires me to give it further analysis.
Li is self made US$11 billion net worth.
