1% of his holding is still a mega lot of shares, and would still leave an imprint in the overall sp on such an exit from an ill-liquid stock, not easy to execute in a quick manner after the all time high of a 4.60 close (short-lived) shortly before.
And as for the 'only' 1% - he has made a great capital gain on that 1% exit over those who trustingly held on with today's sp - whether that be due to 'ommission' of info or 'ramping'.
The newsflow of AGI's financial outlook and consequent downgrades did not avail themselves even in the slightest at that same time - at least not "publically" (to the 'general' market).
