As small investors we don't have much power to influence the decision and actions of management. I do not feel that management have done anything wrong, they are doing everything right to expand and grow the company. I wouldn't be so caught up on whether someone got a heads up or not. If you do not trust and believe in the growth potential of this company why invest. I am investing in AGI because I believe the company is doing well, expanding and continue to make great products. I am also highlighting that AGI has only captured a fraction of the market that Aristocrat has captured, hence still has a lot of potential to grow. Prices will flunctuate, but I honestly believe in the long term Ainsworth Game Technology will be much higher than the price it is today.

Len is over 90 years old for gods sake, I don't see anything wrong with an old man cashing in a bit of money. How many more years do you think he can live? It is better to enjoy life when health is well than hold out when your health deteriorates, anything can happen at his age.
He is still a majority shareholder, his goal is for the company to survive him and obviously wants his name to reach or surpass the success of Aristocrat.
