I very much doubt whether the ASX would allow this sort of behaviour. I would be gutted ( pardon the pun )..... You would need at least a year's gap. And even then I wouldn't be happy.

But then again I don't have much experience in these matters. This may, for all I know, be common practice.

Sold a few but still got 3 million.

No doubt you have had a look at Jake's great post at 10.13am on the VPE thread. As you know there are many issues to be considered.
