I am definitely not a Top 20holder but have accumulated a 7 figure number of shs over the years. I haven't added for a while and I put my shs into the bottom drawer. Since I also do DT and STT I was many times tempted to sell a few but I reminded myself of this long term story. Tribeca is a well known fund manager and recently I quite often see Tribeca commentators on Sky business.
I agree with most what you say and I share your sentiment. I also see how a few of our stocks are regularly manipulated. AJQ, SOLG and certainly DGR come to my mind.
I also agree that DGR can't be taken over right now, NM and his buddies own too many shares. I remember when Sandon Capitol Activist Fund had a go a them, everybody was very scared and they were afraid their long term plan would not come to fruition. One thing I would like to know is who is behind Tenstar and what is it?
I know that they started to mention how undervalued DGR is vs NTA more often recently, but I also remember that they were doing it for quite some time. The mis pricing is something I really think could have been addressed more vigorously but there was obviously no need or no will to do it.
In the bottom drawer they are and that's where they gonna stay.
