NM is the driving force behind the DGR group and a major shareholder.
His remuneration can be debated but he has created value. We do have an NTA allowing for unlisted subs close to 0.25. When SOLG rerates to 60p our NTA will go to 0.46 before tax
NM is not responsible for the price of SOLG which is being manipulated.
DGR holders are too fixated on SOLG in the short term and our price also has been manipulated.
Today is the first day big orders have been left in the buy queue. Tomorrow should be interesting if Wall St doesn't tank.
If I were NM I would have been buying on market to see off the accumulators but I am an accountant not
a geologist.
