Possibly the seller but no certainty, I saw about a 58m volume dump in one hit at the same time of day. RMP only has 50m shares. I'm leaning more towards one of the top 4:

The 58m dump plus the 10m dump a few days before (68m approx in total) would have me putting my money on Invia Custodian if I had to pick someone. All theory until the substantial holders notice is published though.
