Finally ICI's Monetisation strategy (28.2.2019) states they have $378,ooo Cash,Short of what is required to pay AB1

I'd suggest this post about EM1 and ICI belongs in the em1 thread not here.
Some of the detail is correct. Lots of holes in it.
But it doesn't belong here. So I won't expand.
