I would like to be a fly on the wall during negotiations with the vendors. Have a look at a few other project acquisitions such as EQX, AKM and even TRH Potash Project. I believe the Potash exploration target was greater than the conditions in the 2008 Potash Acquisition announcement. You would assume that both sides (buyers/sellers) are trying to achieve a great outcome. TRH would attempt to offer less shares for the resource, or at least have the potential for more resource without attracting milestone payments. Any chance of more than the 2 billion?
