Wonder if the recent share price slide is about better...

Wonder if the recent share price slide is about better positioning this big trade for tax?  Ie instead of moving shares at a higher price and crystallising a tax bill...... sell a bundle of shares over a week or two to push the market price down, move a big parcel across at market with less tax implications, buy back the shares you sold over next few weeks to restore previous position (share price and holding)

Or or maybe I’m just being too cynical?
