Nothing will happen. You didn't accept the offer, so you still own all your LEI shares. However, you did miss out because you have missed the opportunity to sell 3/8's of your holding to Hochtieff for $22.50 each. If you wanted to maintain your same exposure to LEI, you could have bought back the equivalent amount on the market (LEIE rather than LEI) for at times as low as $17.50 (I think). The LEIE converted back to LEI when the offer closed.
