For the last 12 months GTK has definitely been the better of the 2, but if you look at the 3 year charts, HSN is up 186% and GTK only 71%. Go back farther and HSN is up an even higher percentage, but it seems like GTK was not listed on the ASX much earlier than 3 years ago, not sure though as I do not follow it closely.
After down 8%, P/E still 28, too expensive, page-97
