For what it's worth that was also my understanding from the earnings call. Unlikely to see any acquisitions over the next twelve months. Need to rely on the slow organic growth that the core business provides. Not sure the market will reward that with significant SP appreciation.
While I'm happy to continue owning HSN, I will be looking at other companies for future investment.
