Thanks @Zesfulmocha - your're a real ' Digger ' mate....and I like your style. However , I will take it from here. Thanks and good luck.

So @Hashimoto , coming from someone who definitely does not have a grasp of Company Reporting requirements. In particular , the annual reporting and Accounting Standards requirements of classing liability commitments into those falling due in ' less than 1 year ' and those falling due in ' Later than 1 year but less than 5 years ' as relating to your unsubstantiated claim in a previous post that they hadn't spent the money on a certain project when in fact it is was not officially necessary until up to and including 30th June 2019. I therefore find this recent post of yours very funny indeed.

FACT of the matter is I've been around long enough to know these facts :-

    • FACT - Almost every listed company at this end of the market requires ' cornerstone ' Institutional support and / or foundation Investors.

    • FACT - at the end of the day it shouldn't matte who these institutional investors are so long as they are prepared to step up the venture capital , seed finance , and/ or ongoing working capital finance via periodical placements.

    • FACT - Everblu and Associate have never had particular problems in being able to organize or have taken up rather large and repeated private client placements in the same manner as Patterson's or Hartley's have done so many times it isn't even funny.

    • FACT - Everblu has and other similar organisations have been instrumental in bringing together Investors and Companies together on numerous prospective projects , and the simple fact is that this process has always had a role to play in the secondary capital markets.

    • FACT - This investigation if you like into both VIC and HDY had been going on for some length of time prior to the first suspension vis-a-vis MTL . And so the ASX was in fact across these matters of Everblu conflicts already , and yet did nothing in so far as protecting small shareholders. They knew about the connectivity of Cobalt Prospecting and the size and consideration's given for this transaction - yet did nothing. They knew about the lack of escrow provisions on this transaction - yet did nothing. They also knew about the lack of shareholder approval re: MTL ....so much so they strung their suspension out until approval was obtained. This process of course lasting many many months and only really ending just prior to the acquisition of the Nelly and Vanadium tenements. So they knew all this had a complete dossier on Eerblu at this time.

    • FACT - The burden of proof ultimately lies with the prosecuting bodies and as far as I am aware in this great democracy - you are still presumed innocent until proven guilty. Social media and HC means nothing and so therefore your Opinions are meaningless in so far as the laws of this country are concerned.

So it is you I'm afraid who is so ' Green ' you cannot even see the forest through the trees and are missing a substantial part of the argument and analysis.

It would seem that it is quite plausible that there are some on this forum that may have a continuing agenda to convince or persuade unsuspecting holders to ' Sell ' their shares for what amounts to nothing ( ie through delisted.com ). I wonder why ?

Lets face it , the common denominator here is the fact that they do not hold and have lost nothing in this whole debacle with HDY - and yet they continue to rubbish a stock which for all intensive purposes is a dead ' Duck '. Perhaps they do not want us to form a voting block represented by small shareholders. I wonder why ?

To quote cricketing parlance folk's , you can still be played for a ' Duck '. So DON'T LET THEM !

Whatever the outcome , I will not be selling my shares ever ! And heads up folks , if it does go into administration and subject to the initial reports into net assets etc... you can in fact deem and book the loss without having to sell your stock and save yourself the $150 fee.

Folk's , I am a very busy person. Last year I traded over 150 million in stock transactions ....all the while running my own business at the same time. As a result and from me , there will be only one more post which will complete my TRIFECTA and which will be targeted towards my favorite antagonist poster.

Upon completing this task which I liken to taking out the trash , I will then leave it to all the non-holders who sadly continue to feel compelled to post their meaningless information into this even more meaningless forum. I personally can think of far better things to do with my time - like making copious and obscene amounts of money elsewhere.......
