Tried to help @global 21 but looks like the mods wouldn't allow it. Here is my previous intro, anyway:
It should be pretty easy for the ASX to ascertain if the details in the Half Yearly were accurate or not. That is their job. Is it important? Well, as their spokesperson says, listed companies do have an obligation to inform the market accurately. Will JB take further legal action, as he mentions below?
If he has evidence to support him, it looks like he will.
By the way, how many board members were at that crucial meeting on Feb 21st?Just 3. AD, who ended up becoming Chair. GM, who ended up keeping his role as MD, and Leanne Graham, who clearly voted with GM & AD. Who was missing and didn't vote? JB. There were clearly some winners and losers there.
@growler1969 ACX was a family thing. We were in at .10c and most of us out at $4.70 (that was the final sale price to Oracle). Though some of us also sold parcels as high as $8.00. So yes, in at the beginning. Mostly because of the people. Aconex was a wild ride, but hugely profitable in the end. Remember tho, that Aconex was a global co from very early on, had quite large revenues, and was profitable.
