I hope the company is not ignorant and has someone inside the company looking at things such as HC posts (I highly doubt this).
They need to understand that the priority is indeed to get the good stuff out of the ground first!
Africa and other opportunies cannot take priority right now!
The management as many of the other posters have indicated need to sort themselves out!
