My only concern is that if WCL is worth so much more, why was L/B able to entice former staff to sell so they were able to accumulate a 19.9% stake and why has NHC capitulated as well?

Furthermore, I find it extraordinary there are no other interested buyers considering how cheap WCL is going for (based on the most recent research report). Just makes me cautious that things may not be as great as they would appear to be.

PS My sell sentiment is only for the short term as I intend to accept the L/B offer for the shares I purchased at 38.5c, not for my entire holding.
