Not so diffucult if practice.
Lots of engineers documentation to forward with manauls and completion certs to client.Warranty periods etc etc etc. Not a business for you avarage concretor to be in. Its a process that takes some time. 1st they fix steel conduits in form work and run cables through conduit under no tension before concrete poured with strees caps in place.A day after pour they complete their first pull. Roughly 2 days latter they will complete their second pull. Third and last pull(this changes from project to project) they will complete and grout tails of cables into slab. Sounds easy but not so. Lets just say its a niche market. Still competitive but a niche market all the same.
