Dear AusDoc,
What you also may or not know is that whilst those running Healius are begging shareholders for patience, there is no such sympathy for the medical centre pharmacies. I have it on good advice that many are in voluntary administration and many will soon follow, whilst a few are being pursued relentlessly by Healius lawyers in court over their inability to pay rents proportional to much busier medical centres. If the Pharmacies are not able to make a small profit without selling the family home......then I am afraid the whole medical centre business model will fall like a pack of cards......making even the medical centres unsaleable !
