The board are incompetent yes we already know that. Now seemingly they are likely corrupt too or at best too incompetent to prevent a corrupt executive taking over.
Gregg should never have been appointed. Mal Ashcroft should not have been promoted. Parmenter is not across this.
Sack them all. Start st the existing board. And the executive including Parmenter. Then keep going. Yes a refresh is needed. 2.34 today. Same price as 17 years ago. What a joke.
