A2m management have shown they are not very astute investors. Gb included have all sold shares at every opportunity rather than letting their shares appreciate many more times in value. Given they know they will be granted further shares in the future to reward
their efforts it is a risk averse approach. A2m is conservative by nature 

that said jh has demonstrated her naivety in selling and then announcing she inher actions
tends to sell again in the future. She had declared her self interest regardless of the interpretations that investors could take from 

i note also also that no senior execs have chosen to buy more shares on market. Or at least I’ve not seen any notices re this.  

Don’t put too much credence in their self centred actions as they are managers not investors 

follow the money and actions of those such a vanguard who take a longer term view with the intention of growing their dollar holding

if in doubt do nothing. If market conditions and the outlook materially changes take action
