as it is with EME at current price 4.4, JRL is worth about $2 - significant discount prob due to the fact that the shares are in escrow till sept 2007 (hence risk of downside). if EME gets taken over by PDN (say $5), think of what JRL would be worth! PDN would need to have backing of board since Lindsey runs JRL and EME!
EME would not be easy to takeover!
