Its not old news, but shouldnt surprise anyone following U companies.
Think it could be talked about now by PDN as a bit of a smokescreen to make SMM shareholder think that the offer that is final, and if PDN dont get SMM then they will drop it and go for EME.
I have been holding VUL, EME, JRL SMM and PDN and switching between them depending on price action.
I bought more SMM on open on friday, after hearing Beatties comments and have been topping up JRL very recently.
I think PDN will own SMM and EME.
