    I am not up on how well Mgmt have run OLY, but if MK has the same mindset with this Mgmt that he did with the Mgmt of Consmin during his takeover bid then some or all of the board could be looking for new jobs if this T/O is successful.

    Also the question needs to be asked that if the S/P is worth so much,why has the price been sliding since 2006, missing all the gains of the 2007 bulls except for a few strong rallies.
