Nocash- maybe if you are Chess sponsored, you could get your Broker to accept for you, then you can phone the LB hotline and tell them you have accepted via your broker.
I understand that, when Link receives acceptance forms, they compare them to the Register. So if you tell them what ahs happened, you should be OK.
Of course, once you receive your funds, you will need to change your HC User name!
