What's the downside in us holding off? LB will not get 90%, they'll need to increase the offer or at the very least extend. And in the unlikely event LB delist then we've still got shares in a company that has a $4bn GSA and no funding issues. I see minimal risk in holding...
if nothing else it will frustrate the Chinese and give these hedge funds the opportunity to breathe new life into this takeover!
