Interesting how Pattos seem to NOW be applying a higher country risk, probably in reaction to the general media noise surrounding the striking mine workers. In my view, a far greater danger to the mining industry was Julius Malema, when he was head of the ANC Youth League, and beating the drum for the nationalization of mines. Now he sits outside the party, still beating the drum, but without a real say in policy making.
