However, Kfw only signed on in December 2018 and would not have done so if this was going nowhere.
The fact is SMS stand to make a lot of money retrofitting other refineries with TIVAN.
They own some of the IP through the refinement of the TIVAN process and therefore would get some royalties too.
...and jobs for Germans is what makes this work.
