I guess it's a good article but really doesnt add anything new, although the AFR is mainly targeted at suits who are still probably drinking crown lager (yuck).
Still, it is disappointing that a business newspaper would fail to mention the only local brewery listed on the ASX! Fair points around localised preference and the good relationship between brewers. I've noticed a bit of connection between Gage and Balter via their instagram - hopefully they are scouting the concept of a taphouse of their own! Fremantle may be a little crowded but something down the road at Cockburn could be a winner?
Long felt that gage roads needed a taphouse, every other brewery has one and you would think the capital requirements are in our realm, just a thought.
