    I tend to agree with your thoughts re an extension.
    I think I'm right in saying that if Avo let their bid lapse, under the corps act they are precluded from placing a new offer to Dio shareholders for six months.....that would be leaving the door wide open for any other parties to bid without any other pressure from avo....
