Get real BW, that kind of business always goes on and the DIO board should be doing the same. It's commonly known as canvassing support and happens with all takeovers. DIO need to pull a rabbit out of the hat at the 11th hour or else it will be all over. Do you seriously think ASIC or the ASX are going to do anything ? We need action from DIO, no point blaming anyone else.
