Talked to the company today haven't checked yet but should have been an announcement today.

Apparently AVO has been getting up to no good ringing shareholders in a menacing way eg people with Indian sounding accents warning people about the the consequences of not selling. Their appeal to DIO SH is one of the worst I have seen in my 15+ years as a SH.

DIO have said that they will not get in the gutter with AVO and have stated that there are quite a few major shareholders who have been quite stunned at AVO's tactics.

I would suggest everyone who is not happy with the way AVO is going about it's business then an email to the ASX and one to ASIC will certainly help. I will be doing both tomorrow.

In the meantime DON'T SELL YOUR SHARES TO AVO
