Does being unconditional improve the offer? looks the same to me. Sounds like DIO resource upgrade is near and AVO are getting desperate, or is that wishful thinking. Either way I don't need to sell and don't want to be a parts of and amateurish outfit like AVO, the current announcement sounds like a spoilt brat having a hissy fit.
