good on ya. i too have reported to the ASX and ASIC.
the more people lodge a complain the more significant and urgent ASIC see the matters.
legally, the directors have not yet commit any fraud. only “oversight”. However we know better.. ASIC is also not dumb. They too can anticipate what potentially can happen
Jiameng Zhang is in a tight situation. if him and his father is branded a fraud, by chinese police they could potentially loose everything as well as going to jail. From here, they could still potentially come back clean and just receive a small fine.. The ball is in their court for now and they’re dragging their time making a decision, whilst probably siphoning money from the company.. i do hope ASIC have already contacted their counterpart in china to put a monitor on the company... the more shareholders lodge a complain, the more ASIC will need to act.
