Christ, Richmond play at home most of the year and on the occasion they had to travel to Perth they got flogged by West Coast by the best part of 8 goals then couldn't cut the mustard in the finals despite all of the advantages received from finishing on top.

Clearly not good enough at the pointy end of the season whilst the Eagles won a thriller without 3 of their very best players.

Eagles proved to be a lot tougher physically and mentally at the pointy end.
