i think this is an excellent LPT, its even better now that is on an 11% yield.
i topped up 25k today.
my average is probably close to $1 but its a quality LPT that has been beaten down for no particular reason other then Centro.
Buy and hold, value will return as its mostly an Insto controled fund with tight volumes.
