IMO, the rights trading up to now is just cat and mouse, especially when you look at how little volume has been traded.
On one hand, you can say nobody wants to sell their rights becasue they all intend to take up the offer. On the other hand you could put a case that there is no interest in buying KEY @ 11c....yet the current sp and depth indicates otherwise
.........as i said, IMO its just a game at the moment.
