I agree Dapper Directors need to announce news regarding commercialisation of KN well for the rights to come into play.
If they don't annouce anything because issue is not underwritten then I think they might get a private investor or farm in investor or company or Directors to take up the 4.5 million $$$ as a back entry into the stock hope this does not happen!
Either way stock looks brillant for long term exposure to GAS energy play.
