My guess is that Aminex and KEY can not come publicly with any time frames or conclusions about the commercialisation because of the nature of the negotiations they have with the authorities, and the lack of any achieved agreement yet.
My guess is that lack of info doesn't mean the commercialisation is off the table till 2011. Tanzania, according all the news available, is in dire straits for energy. And not just Tanzania, but the all region IMO. They have the so called Cross-Border Electrification Programme with Kenya, Uganda etc and are all interconnected.
It's more about getting good money for the gas - my guess again. Therefore, coming with dates and details wouldn't be a smart move while negotiating. That's just my uneducated opinion :) DYOR
