I might read that as anything containing carbon with enough technology, processing and energy can become graphene. Doesn't mean there is a direct or competitive route and possibly referred to as hemp in it's old forms was considered renewable etc etc as opposed to mining . With a possible large industry going forward using waste and locking it in a different structure using "free"renewable energy yadda yadda .Just thoughts with a very long bow and by 1990 no kid will live in poverty .
