I smelled it from Hackett's email, when I asked him about why there is no ANN regarding the Tianmei and AHF (TM8.ASX released when they floated), he said they signed non disclosures with various companies. No need to announce that sort of things unless it's potentially price sensitive.
I still strongly believe the coming STRATEGY (maybe comes with other positive ANN as well) will inspire and encourage all current shareholders and attract new instos to reinvest into it.
Let's wait and see.
