Regarding building a processing plant, this I discussed with ECM, who understood the logistics & costings of other projects, such as GXY. Although building a plant will probably occur, this has not been decided yet. We simply both agreed there is more profit to be made by valuing adding, that is, processing the ore.
About the number of shares on issue, this is simply my guess.
